Clarins body lotion

Hi!
I know I wrote a post about two or three weeks ago about my Body Shop body butters, but lately I've been searching for something lighter, as summer's here. And then I saw this: Clarins' Eau Tranquility Moisturizing Body Lotion. It smells wonderfully, but it's so expensive: $38 (or 31.10 €). I wonder if it's really worth it, I don't think so, but please comment below if you have tried it, or want to try it, and say what you thought of it!

My favorite perfume

Summer is finally here!
I don't know, I love the winter season, but somehow it's a relief when I finally can get my summer-dresses out of the closet. But not only am I glad to no wear heavy boots no more, I'm also happy to start wearing lighter perfumes again.
My favorite summer scent is Marc Jacobs' Splash Sobert in Grapefruit. It is just great. Most perfumes that are supposed to smell like fruits often end up too sweet or not natural at all. But this Eau de Toilette does reminds me exactly of grapefruits (maybe a bit sweeter). And it's not too strong either. But with most good stuff, there are down sides: I felt like the scent of the edt was gone very fast, so maybe it wouldn't have hurt if it was a bit stronger. But this doesn't stop me from loving it.

Please leave a comment if you have tried it, or any of the other Marc Jacobs Splashes.

Less is always more

I hear this all the time:
"Less is always more"
It is so true. I have thin, straight hair. Before, when I curled my hair, I sprayed it with a ton of hairspray, because I thought that would hold my curls, but my hair ended up straight after only one hour every single time. But when I started using the minimum amount needed to cover my entire hair, I could wake up the day after, and still have curly hair. Hair products weight down your hair. So I just wanted to say this to every person with thin hair: use styling product with moderation, if not, they aren't going to do much for your hair.

What I think about the Body Shop's body butters

I first discovered the Body Shop when I was 11. I had heard about it before, but never bought anything from it. That was actually what made me be interested in cosmetics.
The Body Shop are known for their body butters.

Currently, I have the passion fruit and the pink grapefruit body butters. I have had a few before, like melon, papaya, cranberry and brazil nut.

I didn't like the melon one, it wasn't creamy, I liked the scent, but I got tired of it quickly.
My grapefruit body butter isn't creamy either but the scent is great for summer.
The brazil nut body butter wasn't creamy at first, but it melted a bit, so it became creamier after a few weeks, and I think it's my favorite scent. I just love it!
The other ones were/are creamy, and smells wonderfully!

My favorites must be brazil nut (as I mentioned earlier), papaya and passion fruit.

Just one thing: If you don't have dry skin, don't take to much cream, because it can take a while for the skin to absorb it, more time than with most other creams.

So, if I was to grade them, they would get a 4.5/5 in general. They are all different, but I love them.

Have you tried any body butters? Did you like them/hate them? Please leave a comment!
